If you are looking for a place to belong and would like to gather more information about us or discover how you can begin your journey here? We would like to invite you to join us. When you arrive for the New Members Class, The Assistant Pastor or one of our other Ministers' will share the Vision, Structure, and Doctrine of Principles of Faith Christian Center. Here's where you'll find out about who we are and what we believe here at PFCC. This class is designed to specifically outline our core values, purpose, mission and strategy. We will walk you through the abc's of receiving salvation through Jesus Christ. We also help you with the environments and processes that can help you grow to maturity in Christ. Topics to be shared will include: THE TRINUE GOD - The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

Now that you have received salvation, in this part you will discover what it means to be a fully devoted follower of Christ. We strive to encourage members to mature in their faith, in their knowledge of the word of God, and in their lifestyle. It is our desire as a family of faith that men and women be exemplary in their various roles in life. We will discuss practical ways a believer can take the first steps in spiritual growth and continue growing throughout their lives. Topics to be shared will include: The Need For Salvation, The importance of the Bible, prayer, and worship.

In the third part of the class you will be given the opportunity to discover through prayer, how God can use you to serve others. PFCC leaders will present a variety of opportunities to serve the church and the community. A great place for you to learn more about your gifts and how to become a part of the team and make a difference in the lives of others. As you explore the unique design God created in you. Learn how your spiritual gifts, personality, passions and life experiences work together to fulfill God's plan for your life. Topics to be shared will include: The Body of Christ, The observance of The Lord's Supper, The Gifts of The Holy Spirit and other related topics.

The last part of the New Members class will touch of the subject of Tithing and Stewardship. This too is worship. God says to give the tithe (the first tenth of income) and offerings declares that God comes first. It recognizes His blessing, expresses faith and seeks His guidance in every matter in life. The word "stewardship" refers to the believers approach to the gifts that God has bestowed upon us. Stewardship is living out a commitment to be Christ-centered rather than self-centered. Profound gratitude, justice and love become the fundamental motives for giving back to God. Everything that God has given to us is intended to serve the divine plan. Therefore, our life is to be lived in gratitude toward God. In a variety of ways, we as disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, share our time, talent and treasure to build up the Church and make our world a better place. God's generosity will never be outdone by our own! Topics to be shared will include: The importance of tithing and stewardship.

The class requirements, requires all prospective members over the age of 18 to go through attending the New Members class, signing a membership card, and completing a ministry profile form. Upon completion of the class, you will receive a New Members certificate of completion.
The Orientation consists of:
A new members' class identifies the uniqueness of the church.
It shows that membership is valued highly, and not casual.
It provides the first step in discipleship.
It shows what is expected of every member. The class does not add to what is needed for salvation, but clarifies what is already stated.
It answers questions and concerns in a healthy way.
It provides the leadership with a way to interact with a lot of prospective and new members in a relaxed environment.
It provides an avenue where new members can get to know other new members and begin a relationship with them.
It gets people on the same page with vision, direction, structure, purpose, and strategy.
It prevents possible factions and problems.
While not a guarantee, the new member's class will help new members be faithful and effective members for years to come.

What we expect from our members?
Worship. We expect regular worship attendance
Discipleship. We expect all members to be in a Christian Class
Fellowship. We expect our members to get to know another and be supportive of each other
